Aretel Off-Season Training

Two Pathways. Three Levels Of Support.

Aretel offers structured 20-week off-season training for both developing youth athletes and players ages 16+. Each pathway is available at three different levels depending on how much coaching support and individualization you want.

Choose Your Pathway

Age-Appropriate Training.

The Youth and Performance programs follow different pathways so training can reflect the athlete's stage of development rather than simply using the same program with different weights.

Ages 10–15

Aretel Youth Off-Season

A developmental off-season program focused on movement quality, coordination, foundational strength, speed mechanics, confidence and long-term athletic development.

Ages 16+

Aretel Performance Off-Season

A performance-focused off-season program built around strength, power, acceleration, change of direction, conditioning, durability and preparation for the upcoming season.

Coaching Options

Choose Your Level Of Support.

Both age groups can choose from the same three support levels. The difference is how independently you train and how much feedback, adjustment and individualization you receive.

Level 01

Aretel Program

Self-Directed

Follow the complete Aretel off-season program independently with the structure and guidance needed to move through the 20-week progression.

Main Difference You follow the program independently without ongoing individual coach review.
Level 02

Aretel Coached

Coaching + Accountability

Follow the Aretel master program while receiving ongoing coaching support, feedback and practical adjustments throughout the off-season.

Main Difference More accountability and coach involvement while still following the Aretel master program.
Level 03

Aretel Individual

Fully Individualized

A fully personalized remote coaching option where the training plan is built around the individual athlete rather than the master program.

Main Difference The highest level of individualization, adjustment and direct coaching support.
